a few things to know.
What photos work best?
Use a clear, evenly lit photo with an unobstructed subject. Pet photos should include the full face and ears.
What will I receive after generation?
You'll receive a personalized AI metal portrait preview based on your photo, style and background choice. Text and signature placement are shown as a guide.
Is the preview ready for manufacturing?
The preview communicates style and composition. A craftsperson must review lines, connections, support and dimensions before production.
How are my photos handled?
Your photo is sent to the image service for generation. Signed-in users' original photos, previews and options are saved privately with their account; guest work stays in the browser. Checkout saves an order snapshot.
Can I return to my portrait later?
Generated portraits are saved under In progress. Signed-in users can return on another device; guests can return in the same browser. Clearing site data removes guest work.
When can I pay?
Stripe test checkout is available when configured. It doesn't charge real money or start production. Canceling keeps your cart intact.
